Bicycling Magazine featured the Chicqilo in the Women's section of the Buyer's Guide, saying "after jamming the Quintana Roo Chicqilo through 15-mph headwinds at race pace with relative ease, we'd have to say it's a tremendous bike for the price."

The Chicqilo has a re-designed aerodynamic frame with a taller head tube. Better fit and increased comfort will translate into faster and happier riders. This is a serious entry-level triathlon bike with a new retail price for 2011.
