BCC Bad Crimp Cutter

The BCC - Bad Crimp Cutter is a pneumatic device to be operated with a Crimp Force Analyzer on a Crimping Press. It intervenes when the CFA detects a faulty crimp. In such cases the BCC makes a zero cut of the crimped wire before the operator removes the same from the Press working area. It assures that no faulty crimps can be used for the final assembly. It works at its best when combined with the Mecal Pres and the CFA. It can be coupled with the SC11 stripper unit. The working range is valid for wires up to 10 mm²
