STI offers a unique juice treatment system of which our high capacity clarifier is an integral part. Prior to detailed engineering, we study the client's complete juice treatment station to determine how our advanced technology will improve the clarified juice quality. The STI perforated plate clarifier offers the advantages of significantly higher throughputs and low turbidity clarified juice.
