BC-3000-OS Oil-soluble Beta-carotene

Description: BC-3000-OS is an orange dispersion of nature identical ß-carotene produced by synthesis. The pigments are suspended in sunflower oil and are present in microcrystalline form. The major colouring principle is all trans ß-carotene.

Ingredients: Beta-carotene (E160a(ii)), sunflower oil

Solubility: Soluble in oil

Application: Butter, margarines, shortenings, dressings, biscuit fillings, extruded products and other food products with a high fat content.

Appearance in Food:Light yellow to dark yellow hue in the final product, depending on the food product, processing and the quantity used.
